Estate Preservation Law Offices Announces Acquisition and New Satellite Office

Estate Preservation Law Offices (EPLO) 71 Elm Street, Worcester, Massachusetts announced that it has entered a business agreement with the law firm of Cove & Hogarth to acquire its trust and estate planning, elder law and probate practice areas.  In conjunction with the acquisition, EPLO has also added a satellite office at 10 River Road, River Glen Office Park, Suite 103, Uxbridge, Massachusetts.

Joseph Cove, Esquire, the sole owner of Cove and Hogarth, located in Uxbridge, MA, withdrew from his trust and estate planning practices on August 31, 2018 to focus his interest on municipal law and land use planning. Founded in 1932 by Attorney Cove’s father, J. Francis Cove, Jr., Attorney Cove continued the practice through this year – developing it into a well-respected firm in the Blackstone Valley area. The firm’s practice areas include trust and estate planning, elder law, probate, real estate, business planning and municipal law.

Following his decision to focus on municipal and land use planning, Attorney Cove began a diligent search to transition his non-municipal clients to firms that could best serve their needs and that shared his vision of superior client service. “I selected Brendan J.
