Tyler E. Potter

Tyler Potter is a law clerk at Estate Preservation Law Offices. Her practice focuses on probate and trust administration, estate planning, guardianships, and elder law and Medicaid planning. She brings a strong foundation in client advocacy and complex case analysis, along with a commitment to providing thoughtful, attentive service.

Prior to joining Estate Preservation Law Offices, Tyler gained significant hands-on legal experience during law school as a Rule 3:03 student practitioner in both criminal and civil law.  She also served as a student practitioner with Veterans Legal Services, representing veterans in a variety of matters.  Her history with community involvement includes positions with local nonprofit agencies providing support services to help low-income individuals and families reach self-sufficiency.
