Mariah L. Heppe

Mariah Heppe is an attorney at Estate Preservation Law Offices where her practice focuses on probate and trust administration. Mariah works diligently to understand her clients’ unique needs and to deliver peace of mind solutions during challenging times.

Mariah’s estate planning and elder law experience began in Boston, where she clerked for Cohen & Oalican, LLP.  Following her graduation from Suffolk University Law School, Mariah worked as an associate attorney for Margolis, Bloom & D’Agostino in Boston.

In 2007, after moving to Texas, Mariah continued to practice in the estate planning field with the Austin law firm, Saunders, Norval, Nichols & Atkins, LLP, and later joined the Round Rock law firm, Akins, Nowlin & Prewitt, LLP where she branched out into family law litigation.

Married to a retired Active Duty Army Officer, Mariah served as a volunteer mentor and advisor for the Army’s Family Readiness Group (FRG) throughout her tenure as a military spouse. She proudly supported her husband through three deployments and has been stationed at: Ft Hood, Texas; Ft Rucker, Alabama; Hohenfels Training Center, Germany; Ft Leavenworth, Kansas, Ft Campbell, Tennessee and WPI, Massachusetts (ROTC Command).
