Mariah L. Heppe has joined Estate Preservation Law Offices (EPLO), Worcester, MA, as an attorney. Her practice at EPLO concentrates on estate planning and elder law.

Heppe’s estate planning and elder law experience began in Boston, where she clerked for Cohen & Oalican, LLP. Following graduation from law school, Mariah worked as an associate attorney for Margolis & Bloom in Boston, where her practice concentrated on long-term care planning, wealth preservation, estate planning, guardianship and probate administration, special needs planning and Medicaid qualification. She was also the Managing Attorney for the elder law firm formerly known as Law for Life in Winchester, Massachusetts.

While living in Texas, Mariah practiced estate planning with Saunders, Norval, Nichols & Atkins, LLP in Austin, and family law litigation with Akins, Nowlin & Prewit, LLP in Round Rock.

Attorney Heppe holds a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Wheaton College, MA. She is licensed to practice law in both Massachusetts and Texas.
