October 1, 2015, Worcester, MA— Linda T. Cammuso, estate planning professional and founding partner at Estate Preservation Law Offices, was the featured speaker at “Ask an Estate Attorney about Planned Giving,” sponsored by the Planned Giving Council of Central, Massachusetts.
Her presentation included an overview of legal strategies and techniques for planned giving, as well as an analysis of what motivates clients to include dispositions for charities, and what non-profit organizations can do to inspire their donors to include charitable legacies in their estate plans.
The Planned Giving Council’s goal is to educate, motivate and enable individuals and organizations to make and secure planned gifts by serving as a resource for area non-profits. The Council’s purpose also includes raising awareness of the benefits of planned gifts and encouraging collaboration between non-profits and professional advisors.
